JEDDAH, November 22, 2025 (WAFA) – The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) expressed its strong condemnation of the dangerous escalation in crimes and terrorism by extremist colonists in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, targeting Palestinian civilians, their property, lands, and holy sites.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the secretariat said the attacks, incitement, and organized violence carried out by extremist colonist militias are taking place under the protection and encouragement of Israeli occupation forces, in a flagrant violation of international law, relevant United Nations resolutions, and the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice.
The OIC added that this escalating violence is an extension of the annexation, forced displacement, ethnic cleansing, and genocide policies carried out by the Israeli occupation across the occupied Palestinian territory, aimed at undermining any opportunity to achieve a two-state solution.
The organization renewed its call on the international community, especially the UN Security Council, to assume its responsibilities and take the necessary measures to halt these attacks, to provide international protection for the Palestinian people, and to hold those responsible accountable under international criminal law.
