JEDDAH, November 4, 2025 (WAFA) – The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on Tuesday condemned the Israeli draft law to impose the death penalty on Palestinian detainees.
The organization said that such unlawful and racist Israeli laws constitute a violation of the principles and rules of international humanitarian law, the Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War, and relevant United Nations resolutions.
It called on the international community to assume its responsibilities to put an end to all Israeli violations and to provide international protection for the Palestinian people.
