DUBLIN, October 14, 2025 (WAFA) – Ireland’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Simon Harris, announced that his country will provide an additional six million euros in humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip through United Nations agencies.

He explained that the six million euros will be allocated to Ireland’s partners within the United Nations, including two million euros for UNICEF, two million euros for the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), one million euros for the World Food Programme (WFP), and one million euros for the World Health Organization (WHO).

Ireland will also provide 1,500 tents to be shipped from Amman to Gaza through the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
