DOHA, September 14, 2025 (WAFA) – The Preparatory Ministerial Meeting for the Emergency Joint Arab-Islamic Summit kicked off Sunday evening in the Qatari capital, Doha, with the participation of leaders from member states of the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to discuss the Israeli attack on the sisterly State of Qatar.

The meeting is set to discuss a draft resolution in response to the Israeli attack on the State of Qatar on September 9.

Representing Palestine at the Preparatory Ministerial Meeting are Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Varsen Aghabekian Shahin, Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Qatar Fayez Majed Abu Al Rub, and permanent representative of the State of Palestine to the Arab League, Muhannad Al-Aklouk.
