NEW YORK, July 30, 2025 (WAFA) – Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa held several bilateral meetings and discussions with heads of delegations participating in the UN High-Level Conference on the Peaceful Settlement of the Palestinian Question and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution in New York.
The discussions focused on coordinating joint positions and practical steps to support the implementation of the two-state solution, establish a Palestinian state on the ground, end the occupation according to a specific timetable, and secure further recognition of the State of Palestine.
During the meetings, the Prime Minister stressed the need to intensify international pressure to stop the war of extermination and starvation against Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, open the crossings with the Strip to allow the entry of aid to meet all humanitarian needs, and ensure early recovery and restoration of basic services in preparation for comprehensive reconstruction.
The meetings included discussions with Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ayman Safadi, Slovenian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Tanja Fajon, Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira, and Portuguese Foreign Minister Paulo Rangel.
