PM Mustafa discusses coordination of joint positions with Saudi Foreign Minister

NEW YORK, July 29, 2025 (WAFA) – Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa met today, Tuesday, with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan as part of ongoing coordination efforts and diplomatic action aimed at ending the genocidal war and starvation against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, and to uphold the Palestinian cause and the right of the Palestinian people to end the occupation and establish an independent state.

Mustafa praised Saudi Arabia’s steadfast positions on the Palestinian issue and its ongoing efforts through the Arab Contact Group and the Global Alliance for the Implementation of the Two-State Solution. He highlighted the culmination of these efforts in the convening of the High-Level International Conference on the peaceful settlement of the Palestinian question and the implementation of the two-state solution, stressing the importance of achieving concrete steps and a defined timeline.

Following the meeting, several memoranda of understanding were signed between the State of Palestine and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
