LA PAZ, June 10, 2025 (WAFA) – Bolivia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday condemned the Israeli attack on the aid vessel heading towards Gaza in the early hours of Monday morning.
The Ministry said that these Israeli actions constitute a gross violation not only of international law but also of the principles of the United Nations Charter and the fundamental rights of the Palestinian people.
It added that this new attack was added to the growing list of systematic crimes committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people, with such crimes setting an aggressive pattern and coming as part of the collective siege on and punishment of the Palestinian civilian population within the framework of Israel’s genocidal aggression, which killed 54,981, mostly women and children, and injured 126,920 others.
The Ministry reiterated the need to immediately lift the illegal siege imposed on Gaza, release the detained crew members and activists, and halt all acts of violence and military aggression against the Palestinian people.
It called on the United Nations to take immediate and effective measures to ensure the protection of the Palestinian people and the respect of international humanitarian law.
