CAIRO, May 21, 2025 (WAFA) – The Arab Republic of Egypt condemned the Israeli occupation forces’ use of live ammunition against several heads of diplomatic missions from various countries during their visit to the Jenin refugee camp, including the Egyptian Ambassador to the State of Palestine.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Egypt's firm rejection of this attack, which it considers a violation of all diplomatic norms.
The statement called on the Israeli side to provide the necessary clarifications regarding the circumstances of the incident.
