BEIRUT, March 16, 2025 (WAFA) – A Lebanese citizen was killed and another injured last night in an Israeli airstrike on their vehicle near the village of Yater in southern Lebanon.
According to the Lebanese National News Agency, the Israeli aerial assault, carried out by a drone just past midnight, targeted the vehicle of the two individuals. The strike resulted in one fatality and left the other person wounded.
This attack follows a series of violations of the ceasefire, which has been in effect since late November 2024.
Despite the agreement, Israel has carried out more than 1,000 breaches, resulting in at least 87 people killed and 285 others injured, as per official Lebanese reports.
