GAZA, Thursday, July 4, 2024 (WAFA) – At least 10 Palestinians were killed and several others, including children, were injured this evening in airstrikes and artillery shelling by Israeli occupation forces targeting multiple locations across the Gaza Strip.
Local and medical sources reported that two people were killed, and were subsequently transported to Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, as a result of Israeli artillery shelling targeting the Sheikh Nasser area east of the city.
In addition, four Palestinian civilians were killed and several others injured in an airstrike on a house in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
Two more Palestinians were murdered in an airstrike by Israeli warplanes targeting a group of civilians in the Al-Mawasi area west of Rafah.
Simultaneously, two civilians were killed and six others injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting a house in the Daraj neighborhood of Gaza City.
Rescue teams and witnesses reported recovering the bodies of two martyrs following the Israeli airstrike, which hit a house belonging to the Rifi family in the Daraj neighborhood.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7, 2023, has so far resulted in 38,011 documented Palestinian fatalities, with an additional 87,445 injuries, according to the latest updates released by the local health authorities in the region.
