RAMALLAH, Tuesday, July 2, 2024 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation's far-right finance minister, Bezalel Smotrich, threatened in a post on X to immediately stop the power supply to the besieged Gaza Strip.

“The decision to supply Gaze with power means handing over Gaza with our own hands, particularly hospitals,” which he alleged are terrorist centers, asking to stop what he described as “this foolishness.”

Earlier today, residents in the Gaza Strip said the Gaza Power Generating Company started work on Salah al-Din Road west of the central Gaza city of Deir al-Balah to restart a desalination plant and restore the sanitation system.
