HEBRON, Thursday, May 16, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Thursday demolished a Palestinian-owned house in the town of Idhna, west of Hebron.
WAFA correspondent reported that the occupation forces, accompanied by a number of bulldozers, stormed Wadi Al-Risha area in the town of Idhna, and demolished an inhabited house owned by local resident Mahmoud Youssef Abu Juheish, with an area of 135 square metres, after closing the area and preventing citizens and journalists from reaching it.
Abu Juheish explained that the occupation forces notified him of the demolition about eight months ago, and that he went to an Israeli court and submitted all the necessary identification papers, but Israeli forces, and without prior warning, raided the house and proceeded to demolish it, even though it did not issue a demolition order according to what the lawyer informed him, as the the case is being heard before the court.
