BETHLEHEM, Monday, April 6, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces prevented the Muslim call for prayer in the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem.
Husan Village Council Director Rami Hamamra said that the Israeli occupation authorities did not allow the call for prayers and prevented worshipers from performing Isha and Tarawih prayers in the Abu Bakr Mosque.
Hamamra added that the heavily armed soldiers closed the mosque early in the morning and prevented the movement of residents and forced the shop owners to close them.
The occupation tightened its siege on the village of Husan, involving shutting down several entrances to the village, installing flying military checkpoints and hindering the movement of Palestinian vehicles.
