RAMALLAH, Monday, July 31, 2023 (WAFA) – Three youths were injured today from Israeli army gunfire and two others were hit by rubber-coated metal bullets as bulldozers destroyed a park in the village of al-Mughayyer, east of Ramallah, according to a local official.

Soldiers accompanied by bulldozers broke into the town to destroy the park located in the eastern part of the town, the head of al-Mugayyer village council Amin Abu Elyya told WAFA.

Youths confronted the soldiers with stones and the soldiers fired back live and rubbers bullets, as well as tear gas and sound bombs causing two injuries from live bullets in the hand and the leg and dozens of suffocation cases.

One person was also detained at his home, said the sources.
