RAMALLAH, Tuesday, May 23, 2023 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians have Tuesday been injured by Israeli gunfire during a military raid in the town of Qabatiya, south of the occupied West Bank city of Jenin, sources said.

According to eyewitnesses, two Palestinian youths were injured after Israeli forces shot them while they were in their vehicle, sparking confrontations, during which the soldiers fired bullets, sound bombs, and toxic gas bombs towards youths.

They added that one of the youths was injured with bullets in the chest, while the other was hit with shrapnel.

Both were taken to the Ibn Sina hospital in Jenin for treatment.

Israeli forces detained two Palestinians after raiding their families’ homes.
