GAZA, September 5, 2026 (WAFA) — Three Palestinians were injured today in an Israeli airstrike targeting the al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City.

Israeli artillery also shelled areas east of the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.

Meanwhile, health authorities in Gaza said today that the death toll from Israel’s ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 73,651, while 174,575 Palestinians have been injured since October 7, 2023. 

Hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 17 bodies over the past 48 hours, including five newly killed Palestinians, one who succumbed to injuries, and 11 bodies recovered from under the rubble, in addition to 27 injured Palestinians.
