RAMALLAH, Tuesday, May 2, 2023 (WAFA) - Israeli occupation forces today detained at least 13 Palestinians from various parts of the occupied West Bank, including a former cabinet minister and two minors, according to local sources.

Israeli forces rounded five Palestinians from the Ramallah area during raids at their homes, four of them from Jalazon refugee camp, and the fifth is former cabinet minister Khaled Abu Arafeh, who is actually from East Jerusalem but was banished to Ramallah after serving time in prison for his political activities.

In the south of the West Bank, Israeli forces detained seven Palestinians from the Hebron area, six of them from Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron city, including two minors aged 16 and 17, and the seventh from Fawwar refugee camp.

In the Bethlehem area, a 26-year-old Palestinian man was detained from the village of Beit Tamer, east of Bethlehem city.
