RAMALLAH, Monday, January 25, 2021 (WAFA) – The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Residential buildings in the West Bank reached 105.98 during 2020 with an increase of 0.16% compared with 2019, the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) said today.

The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Non-residential buildings in the West Bank reached 105.70 during 2020 with a slight increase of 0.02% compared with 2019.

The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Skeleton buildings in the West Bank* reached 103.37 during 2020 with a decrease of 1.08% compared with 2019.

The overall Road Cost Index (RCI) in the West Bank reached 108.06 during 2020 with a decrease of 1.06% compared with 2019.

The overall Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI) in the West Bank reached 114.38 during 2020 with an increase of 0.73% compared with 2019.

The overall Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI) in the West Bank reached 109.54 during 2020 with a decrease of 0.22% compared with 2019.
