Teenager Hit in Face with Tear Gas Canister

HEBRON, May 16, 2012 (WAFA) – A teenager was injured on Wednesday when a tear gas canister fired by Israeli soldiers hit him in the face during clashes at the entrance to Arroub refugee camp north of Hebron, according to local sources.

They said Israeli forces fired tear gas at the Palestinians, hitting Omar al-Badawi, 14, in the face. Badawi was transferred to hospital in Hebron for treatment.

Several other Palestinians were treated for tear gas inhalation.
