QALQILYA, April 5, 2012 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Thursday arrested 20 Palestinians from Kufr Qaddoum, east of Qalqilya, after raiding their homes and tampering with their contents, according to local sources.

The army used armored vehicles and dogs during the raid.

The arrests were believed an attempt to crush the weekly protest village residents and supporters hold every Friday to protest Israeli seizure of village land to expand area Jewish settlements.

An army dog last month attacked a village activist during one of the weekly demonstrations causing him severe body injury.
