GAZA, October 31, 2011 (WAFA) – Two Gazan civilians were killed by an Israeli drone that launched missile fire near midnight Sunday in Khan Younis, south of the Gaza strip, according to local sources.
The attack violates the truce agreement reached on Sunday between Israel and the Palestinian factions, under Egyptian auspices.
Sources said the first strike was followed by another one which targeted agricultural land east of Khan Younis.
Medical crews found the bodies of two Palestinians, Yousef Abu Abdo and Ali Aqqad, both in their twenties, on early Monday morning following the air strike late Sunday night.
The bodies of the two Palestinians were taken to a hospital in Khan Younis.
