JERUSALEM, September 26, 2011 (WAFA) – Presidential spokesman, Nabil Abu Rudeineh Monday said that the Palestinian Authority (PA) condemns arresting Palestinian lawmaker, Ahmad Atton from a demonstration tent in front of International Red Cross compound in East Jerusalem.
Abu Rudeineh said that this arrest comes as part of Israel’s policy to drive Palestinians out of Jerusalem and place Jewish settlers instead.
