RAMALLAH, September 26, 2011 (WAFA) – Israeli military court Ofer Monday sentenced Mustafa Jaffal, 16, from Abu Dis, a town east of Jerusalem, to 17 months in jail and over a $1000 fine, said Palestinian Prisoner’s Club (PPC).
Jaffal’s father told PPC that his son’s trial was postponed 50 times, considering such practices to humiliate the Palestinians, and describing them as “criminal and barbaric.”
Jaffal was arrested in September 2010.
