PEX Daily Report: Al-Quds Index Up

NABLUS, September 8, 2011 (WAFA) – The Al-Quds Index of the Palestine Exchange (PEX) closed Thursday trading at 489.08 points, up by 0.60 points (0.12%), compared to Wednesday trading, according to a PEX report.

 

A total of 384,357 shares were traded for a value of $489,016.28 executed during 221 transactions.

 

Shares of 19 companies were traded. Share price increased in 10 companies and decreased in 5 others.

 

Top five gainers: VOIC by (4.91%), AZIZA by (4.86%), AMB by (4.17%), AIG by (3.33%), TIC by (3.03%).

 

The five decliners: NIC by (-4.93%), PEC by (-1.72%), PIIC by           (-0.59%), BOP by (-0.32%), PALTEL by (-0.19%)
