JERUSALEM, August 4, 2011 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Thursday declared the closure of Qalandia checkpoint, north Jerusalem, to Jerusalemite vehicles starting from Thursday 9:00 pm till Friday 9:00 pm.
The Israeli radio station said that the Israeli forces will close the checkpoint to private and public transportation because tomorrow is the first Friday of Ramadan. Only pedestrians will be allowed to pass the checkpoint.
