RAMALLAH, June 5, 2011 (WAFA) – Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) Sunday published a report, saying that the overall Quantity of Industrial Production Index (IPI) in the Palestinian Territory indicates a decrease by 0.63% in April compared to March 2011.

The report said that the decrease in IPI for April resulted from changes in the quantity of the main activities; a 39.28% decrease in production of Mining and Quarrying, a 5.49% decrease in production of Water Supply & Electricity  and a 2.01% increase in production of Manufacturing compared to the previous month.
