TULKAREM, April 7, 2011 (WAFA) - Israeli soldiers raided Thursday the villages of Kufur Jamal and Aboush, south of Tulkarem, according to local residents.
Army vehicles drove through the village of Kufur Jamal while intelligence officers photographed a house.
Sources said this is not the first time soldiers do this. Previously, they broke into one house, held its residents outside for several hours and photographed it, claiming it was built on a grave of a Jewish woman who had died before the First World War.
Near the southern West Bank city of Hebron, soldiers searched houses and arrested five people.
They also set up checkpoints at the entrances of several villages and stopped vehicles to check identification papers of passengers.
