NABLUS, April 3, 2011 (WAFA) – Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian near Nablus on Sunday causing fractures in his arm and leg, according to Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors settler activity in north of the West Bank.

He said that settlers attacked Emad Salahat, 47, in an area near the settlement of Ma'ale Efraim as he was walking home. The settlers escaped after the attack.

Salahat was transferred to hospital in Nablus

In the village of Madama, near Salfit, witnesses said nearly 20 Israeli settlers attacked and destroyed a water spring and smashed water pipes supplying the village with water. An Israeli army force arrived too late to stop the settlers carnage.
