HEBRON, March 27, 2011 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Sunday arrested a Palestinian from Hebron in the southern West Bank, and tightened their military procedures at the entrance of Beit Ummar village north of Hebron, according to local sources.

Israeli forces intensified their presence at Beit Ummar’s entrance near a military watchtower. They plan to build a 7 meter high fence at a distance of 150 meters from the current entrance to the village, in addition to a ‘cage’ gate at the entrance to the village and another gate on the road to the cemetery, according to Mohammed Awad, spokesman of the National Committee Against the Wall and Settlements.
