Abbas Inaugurates Palestinian Embassy in Moscow

MOSCOW, March 23, 2011 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas inaugurated on Wednesday the new headquarters of the Palestinian Embassy in Moscow.

Abbas also met Russian Patriarch Kirill in the Patriarchate in Moscow.

Abbas had previously met Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, and briefed him on the recent Israeli escalation in the Gaza Strip.
