RAMALLAH, February 24, 2011 (WAFA) - Palestinians called Thursday for an end to division between the major factions, Fatah and Hamas and to reunite the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Several hundred Palestinians participated in a protest march in Ramallah raising slogans calling for end to division.

Other slogans called to cling to the inalienable rights of Palestinians.

Khalida Jarrar, member of the Palestinian Legislative Council, told WAFA that the peoples’ will is the only choice left for reunification.

Participants chanted the Palestinian anthem and raised Palestinian flags. Scouts presented a performance in support of the march.
