SALFIT, February 24, 2011 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Thursday bulldozed 15 dunums of lands planted with olive trees west of Deir Estia in Salfit region, north of the West Bank.
Israeli forces accompanied by military officials bulldozed and destroyed stone hedges and retainers, in addition to olive trees near the Revava settlement, which was built on Deir Estia land, according to Nathmi Salman, mayor of Deir Estia.
Salman said this piece of land that was bulldozed at Deir Estia had been reclaimed with funding from the Agricultural Relief Committees in order to be planted.
