RAMALLAH, Feburary23, 2011 (WAFA) – Israeli settlers Wednesday attacked vehicles passing near the village of Umm Safa, north of Ramallah, with stones and empty glass bottles.

An eyewitness told WAFA that seven settlers, four of them masked, went up a hill near the settlement of Otairit and threw stones at passing vehicles. He said the settlers tried to attack passengers and prevented Palestinians from passing in the street that leads to the villages.
