RAMALLAH, February 17, 2011 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas called  the PLO executive committee and Fatah central committee for an urgent meeting tomorow, in the presidential headquarters in Ramallah.

Presidency Spokesman, Nabil Abu Rdeina said that Abbas and after a prolonged call with US President, Barack Obama, called members of the Palestinian leadership for an emergency and urgent meeting to discuss the latest developments that he discussed with Obama including the upcoming meeting of the UN Security Council.

In the mean time, Abbas separately discussed over a phone call with German Foreign Minister, Guido Westerwelle and with  Egyptian Foreign Minister, Ahmad Abu al-Gheit, the UN Security Council meeting to be held on Friday, February 18, regarding the settlements in the occupied Palestinian Territory .
