GAZA, August 7, 2010 (WAFA)- Amid the heat wave, from which suffers the region, Gaza Power Plant was forced to shut down due to lack of fuel.

Gaza’s major provider of electricity turned off, today, leaving Gazans to suffer from the heat, and humidity of the sea.

The Power Plant provides around 25 percent of Gaza’s electric power, and has been subject to shut downs since the beginning of the Israeli siege on the Gaza Strip.
