RAMALLAH, October 12, 2009 (WAFA)- Presidency Spokesperson Nabil Abu Rdeina described Monday Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu speech in the Knesset  as a continuance of an Israeli policy aiming at wasting time as well not to fulfill its obligations regarding the peace process.

Netanyahu said that he would never allow any of the Israel's leaders or soldiers to be put on trial for war crimes.

Abu Rdeina told WAFA that the Israeli policy aims also at not recognizing the Palestinian People right to establish an independent state on 1967 borders including East Jerusalem.
