NABLUS, January 21, 2009 (WAFA)- The Occupied Palestinian Territory was hit by an earthquake, 55kms away from Nablus city, that reached a magnitude of 3.5 on Richter scale.
Chairman of Al-Najah University’s Earth Sciences & Seismic Engineering center that the earthquake could be felt in the coastal areas, pointing that the earthquake’s epicenter was at latitude 32.5 N and longitude 34.44 E.
