"Ghalia", new Documentary Film would Participate in International Festivals
GAZA, April 15, 2007, (WAFA)- New Palestinian documentary film "Ghalia" will be screened in international festivals for documentary films, local sources said.
Palestine Company for Media Production (PCMP), in Gaza, stated on Sunday that "Ghalia" tackles the Palestinian family "Ghalia" ,which was murdered while it was enjoying the weekend at Gaza beach when Israeli military boats hit them several shells on June 2006.
PCMP said that it would participate with "Ghalia" in "Aljazeera Festival for Documentary Films" and other festivals in Paris, Tokyo and Berlin.
Ashraf Masharawi, Director of "Ghalia", said that the 15-minutes film presents the details of the Israeli crime based on eyewitnesses and investigations of HR organizations and experts to defeat the Israeli lies on the crime.
