President Abbas Briefs Sheikh Khalifa of Emirates on Mecca Agreement
RIYADH, February 10, 2007 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas briefed Saturday Sheikh Khalifa Al Nahyan, President of Emirates, on the results of the Mecca Agreement.
During a phone call, President Abbas updated Sheikh Khalifa with the details of the Agreement which was signed between Fateh and Hamas Movements. The Agreement produced a national unity government.
It stipulates that the Palestinian blood is redline that cannot be crossed and asserts on the reactivation of the PLO.
