President Abbas Welcomes Invitation of Saudi King for Talks in Mecca to End Fight
Addis Ababa, January 28, 2007 (WAFA) - president Mahmpud Abbas welcomed Sunday the invitation of King of Saudi Arabia, Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, for Palestinian-Palestinian urgent talks in holy city of Mecca.
Presidency Secretary General Tayb Abdul Raheem told WAFA that President Abbas welcomes the Saudi good offices which are always exerted for the good of the Palestinian people.
He affirmed that President Abbas has exerted efforts fore one year to prevent Palestinian internal fight through his meetings with Arab leaders.
