RAMALLAH, December 30, 2006 (WAFA) - President Abbas exchanged on Saturday congratulations on Eid al-Adha during phone calls with Arab and international leaders.
President Abbas exchanged Eid congratulations with the Lebanese PM Foad Saniora, the UAE National Security Advisor, Sheikh Hazzaa' Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Turkish PM Receb Tayeb Ordogan and the Israeli Minster Amir Perets.
During the phone calls, President Ababs briefed them on the latest developments in the Palestinian territory and the efforts made to revive the peace process and lift the siege imposed on the Palestinian people.
