RAMALLAH, PLO Executive Committee (EC) reiterated that it will "seriously" deal with all international initiatives and efforts for reviving the peace process especially on the Palestinian- Israeli track.

Following its meeting, headed by President Mahmoud Abbas, EC asserted that the international initiatives are the key of solving all the issues in the region.

It praised the Baker-Hamilton report and asserted that the recommendations in the report are a preface to break the ice of the political process.

The EC said that Baker-Hamilton recommendations help in putting the right basics of launching negotiations, within an international frame, to solve the final status issues, including the establishment of the independent Palestinian state and solving the issue of the refugees based on the Arab initiative.

The PLO EC also praised the EU initiative and the UK PM Toni Blair's efforts for reviving the peace process.

The Committee asserted on its readiness to participate in all steps aiming at reviving the peace process.
