President Abbas Condemns Israel Aggressions against Palestinian People
RAMALLAH, August 26, 2006 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas condemned Saturday the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.
In a statement to WAFA, President Abbas pointed to the continuation of Israel's killing, destruction and arrest, referring to the killing today of a child by Israeli soldiers in Nablus City.
He called for an immediate cessation of the Israeli aggressive policies, appealing to the international community, particularly the Quartet, to stop this offensive and present urgent aid to avoid a human crisis in the Palestinian territory.
