2 Citizens Wounded in Gaza of Israeli Bombardment
GAZA, April 2, 2006 (WAFA)- Two citizens were wounded Sunday of the Israeli artillery bombardment on Beit Lahya north of the Gaza Strip.... Medics told WAFA that the child Sa'id Fad'ous 7, and Abdul Hadi Issi 57, were wounded by shrapnel of an artillery shell.... In the meantime, Israeli soldiers stationed at a checkpoint south of the West Bank City of Tulkarem arrested a citizen and led him to an unknown place.... In Qaqilya, Israeli troops stormed the city and arrested Mohammed Jeidi 20, leading him to an unknown spot.... Meanwhile, Israeli soldiers beat up a hebron worker in the south of the West Bank, by the West Bank-Bier Shiva borders.... Medical sources said that the worker sustained fractions and bruises all over his body, adding he was transferred to al-Khalil Hospital to receive necessary medical treatment.... A.D.
