President Meets Head of Elections Committee
RAMALLAH, December 22, 2005, (WAFA)- President Mahmoud Abbas received Thursday the head of the Central Elections Commission (CEC) Dr. Hanna Nasser in Ramallah.
Nasser briefed President about the readiness of the CEC to conduct elections on January 25, 2006.
President expressed his satisfaction with carrying out the elections on time with participation of the citizens in the occupied East Jerusalem.
