Christmas Tent in Oslo
OSLO, December 20, 2005, (WAFA)-United Norwegian Churches Organization (UNCO) installed a Christmas tent in solidarity with Bethlehem city and the Palestinian people.
The tent which symbolizes the place where Jesus Christ was born, installed in front of the central railways station in Oslo capital.
It is surrounded with a fence, which symbolizes the Nativity Church, and its entrances rounded with military guards, as a symbol of Israeli soldiers who repress the movement of peoples and prevent them entering Bethlehem city.
The participants denounced the construction of the Apartheid Wall and the Israeli occupation siege against the holy shrines in Jerusalem and Bethlehem.
