Peace Now: Israeli Government not Adhered to Road Map
TEL AVIV, December 19, 2005,(WAFA)- Peace Now Movement said that Israeli government is not being adhered to the Road map peace plan which called on Israel to freeze all colonization activities.
In a press release issued Monday, Peace Now revealed that the Israeli Ministry of Housing published tenders to for 137 housing units to be built in "Ariel" and "Karnei Shomron" colonies.
Peace Now also stated that since the beginning of 2005, 903 units have been published as tenders in various colonies in the West Bank (WB), adding that more than half, (575), were published since the decision to go to new elections a month ago.
