Abbas Receives an Invitation to Participate in a Peace Conference
RAMALLAH, October 18, 2006 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas received Wednesday an invitation from the Oslo Center for Peace and Human Rights to participate in the "Turned Table" conference.
The invitation was handed by the center special emissary, Amir Sheikh.
The conference is expected to hold in September 2007 and would be attended by a member of international leaders.
Norway based center is headed by Norwegian Former Prime Minister, Kjell Bondevik.
