GAZA, May 19, 2004 (WAFA)-Palestinian Ministry of Health (MOH) appealed Wednesday to the foreign and Arab countries to intervene to stop Israel's pogroms against the Palestinian civilians in Rafah.... The ministry called on the international community to offer medical aid to the Palestinian people.... It also appealed to the WHO, Red Cross and the UNRWA to pressurize Israel to enable the medical teams carrying out their duties and evacuating the wounded.
