GAZA, May 18, 2004 (WAFA)-Palestinian ministry of health (MOH) called Tuesday on the World Health Organization (WHO) to immediately intervene to stop Israel's massacres against the Palestinian people in Rafah.... In a statement, MOH accused Israel of intentionally carrying out organized crimes to kill as many Palestinian civilians as possible.... The statement denounced the ongoing Israeli cruel carnage against Rafah, which left scores of civilians killed and wounded, most of them were seriously injured.... It added that IOF soldiers prevented ambulances from reaching and evacuating the wounded, affirming that many of the wounded died because of Israel's hindrance of medical teams from carrying out their duties....
